We make it straightforward to arrange a medical visit in Shanghai. Here is how our concierge coordination process works, from your first enquiry through to your appointment and follow-up.
Please note: We provide non-medical concierge coordination services only. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency medical care, or guarantees of treatment outcomes. Hotel, vehicle, hospital and other third-party costs are separate and must be prepaid before booking confirmation.
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Fill in our booking form with your preferred dates, hospital or department, language needs and the type of support you require (escort, airport pickup, hotel coordination, translation). We will review your request and be in touch within one business day.
Step 2 — Request Review
Our team reviews your request and checks availability with relevant hospitals and service providers. We may contact you to clarify details or ask follow-up questions before preparing your quote.
Step 3 — Receive a Tailored Quote
We send you a detailed service scope and quote covering the concierge coordination services you have requested. Hotel, vehicle, hospital fees and other third-party costs are listed separately and are not included in the service fee.
Step 4 — Confirm and Prepay
Once you approve the quote, you confirm your booking and prepay the service fee. Hotel, vehicle and other third-party supplier costs must also be prepaid directly before your booking is confirmed.
Step 5 — Receive Coordination Support
Our bilingual team coordinates your airport arrival, hospital appointments, translation support and local stay arrangements according to your confirmed plan. We are available throughout your visit to assist with communication and practical logistics.
